Emily Stubbs
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
I am an integrative counsellor with experience working in the mental health field within the NHS and charity sectors. Integrative therapy can often sound like confusing lingo but basically means I adapt my practice to meet the needs of my clients, so it is really a personalised experience for you. People are different, and so are their experiences, so we will work together to look at different interventions that might help. I believe that you are the expert in yourself and your life experiences.
Taking a first step towards getting help can be scary. It can be really difficult to talk about painful issues affecting you, especially to someone you don’t know. I provide a safe, containing therapeutic space where you can begin to explore the things that may have been troubling you.
