About Me

Whether you are stuck, experiencing emotional distress, or you have sense that you could be getting more from your life. Therapy can help you unravel your issues and move forwards. I offer a safe space where you will be accepted, heard and understood without judgement. A reflective space where you can be supported to explore all aspects of your life.

I am a BACP Registered Therapist. I have practiced in a number of different settings, including at Mind, within the wellbeing service at a large London university and with the low cost counselling service at the Minster Centre.

My approach to psychotherapy is Integrative. Which means I draw from a broad range of psychological theories, ideas and practices to understand human experience and find an approach that works best for you. Some of these include Existential, Relational, Person Centred, Psychodynamic, and Attachment Theory, but don’t worry if you haven’t heard of these. What is most important to know is that I will be guided by your experience of the world and the relationship we develop between us. I work holistically, exploring with you what gives your life meaning and addressing the whole person.

I am passionate about my work and supporting people to heal, grow and thrive in their lives.

My first session

First we would discuss the practical details via email or phone; what times would suit you and the format; whether your preference would be Zoom, telephone or face-to-face.

We would then arrange a time for an initial session, which would be for 50 minutes, via Zoom or face to face. I offer a discounted rate of £50 for this session.

The initial session is usually where I gather some information from you about what has got you to this point and what you can expect from therapy. It is a session to get to know eachother, and find out if we are a good fit. There is no obligation to make a commitment beyond this session.
