Hi, I am a qualified clinical psychologist, registered psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. I own and run a busy private mental health clinic in the West Midlands called Gravy Banana where we pride ourselves on our high quality treatment. We get great outcomes for our clients in treating a range of common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, trauma, OCD and more.
As well as running Gravy Banana I am a Principal Clinical Psychologist in the NHS, with a special interest in treating complex trauma and teenage mental health. I have worked in mental health services for 17 years, qualifying as a psychologist 6 years ago.
