Emel Saban Psychodynamic therapist , SW4
I am a qualified psychotherapist and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I specialise in anxiety, depression, relationships, as well as work related stress. If you are experiencing work difficulties, I can help you address these and the challenges faced in the workplace. I have a particular interest in working with anxiety, self - esteem and identity. I provide self-development support in areas such as assertiveness and personal meaning.
I offer a comfortable and confidential space, where you can discuss what it is that has brought you to therapy. You can vocalise things that you might not be able to do so anywhere else. Together, we will work towards your goals. You will be supported throughout the therapeutic journey, as I will provide you with professional help. The therapeutic space is a designated time where you can address everyday challenges, make sense of what is really going on, and consequently make improvements for a better life.
Starting therapy, can be a novel step. Therefore, to begin with, we will have a telephone conversation. We will schedule to meet for an initial consultation. This will be an opportunity for us to meet, discuss what has brought you to therapy, as well as if and how we will continue to work together. Following this, we will meet on a weekly basis for 50min.
