Hi there, I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist with over twenty years experience and have accumulated many tools in the tool kit during this time. I know it can be very confusing seeing all the different types of therapy out there but rest assured I tailor make my approach to suit you and what your needs are. I am also trained as a Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist and work from a Functional Medicine approach looking at all the areas of your life. When these are in balance, we feel well, mentally, physically and emotionally. My aim is to help you better understand what is getting in the way of you achieving this in your life. What needs to fall away and what needs to be added in.

The areas I am drawn to are:-

Anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, work place issues, spiritual guidance and couples work.

We will work together collaboratively to help you uncover what is getting in the way or missing so you can regain that joie de vivre that we all long for. For some this maybe a longer process and others relatively quickly. My hope is that you will feel comfortable and relaxed in my presence and I always say let's meet for one session and if it doesn't feel right then I will help you to find someone to work with where it does.

Finally therapy doesn't have to be a painful process. It is often filled with laughter and awe at how our mind and body always try and protect us in adapting to the circumstances that we find ourselves in. Education is such an important part of the process so we can regain self - compassion and understanding and learn to be our own best friend.
