About me

I'm a integrative psychodynamic therapist with a warm, thoughtful approach, offering a space where you can begin to explore your inner world and the ways it may be shaped by past experiences. Together, we can look at patterns in how you relate to others and to yourself, with the aim of understanding what's beneath the surface and why certain difficulties may keep recurring. My background includes many years of experience in both the NHS and private practice, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. While my work is grounded in psychodynamic thinking, I also draw from other therapeutic models to meet each person’s unique needs — this integrative approach allows for flexibility, depth, and creativity in the work we do together. I see therapy as a collaborative process, rooted in a strong and trusting relationship. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about yourself, I aim to offer a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to make meaningful change. I work with adults, young people, older adults, and families, offering support through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I have a particular passion for working with women who have experienced pregnancy loss, infertility, or traumatic birth. These experiences can feel incredibly isolating and often go unrecognised by others. They can affect every aspect of life — from your sense of identity to your relationships and overall well-being — and I offer a space where you can begin to process, heal, and feel understood. More broadly, I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, bereavement, and different forms of loss. I also work with relationship difficulties, neurodiversity, childhood trauma, and the lasting impact of traumatic events. Many people come to therapy facing low self-confidence, cultural or identity-related challenges, family tensions, or workplace bullying — all of which we can explore together. If you don’t see your specific concern listed here, please feel free to get in touch. I may still be able to help, or offer guidance on where to turn next.
