Eleni Henderson
Psychodynamic psychotherapistAbout Me
Am I ready to talk to someone? If you've found yourself on this page, it's likely that you've already considered this question.
With so many counsellors and therapists online, it can be hard to decipher who is 'right' for you. It's my belief that the most important factor is the relationship between counsellor/therapist and client, and much of my work is around establishing and maintaining a therapeutic relationship with you.
Counselling provides you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where we work through troubled and confused feelings and situations. A counsellor will not offer solutions, but instead will help facilitate understanding and clarity. Together we will explore the many ways in which the past, relationships, experiences and events impact our present day life.
I also offer online counselling sessions via a secure video platform, and can offer therapy to individuals in other areas (and outside) of London. Please highlight if you would prefer to see me in person or online counselling when making your enquiry.
