Domenica Stilwell
Psychodynamic psychotherapistAbout Me
I trained to become a psychotherapist after spending many years in the client's chair, so I know first-hand how powerful an experience it can be and how much positive change it can bring to a person's life.
I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem. I focus on creating a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where we can think together about the difficulties in your life and where their roots are. Often, our past informs our present to a greater extent than we imagine.
I offer long-term open-ended psychotherapy as well as more focused short-term work. At the moment I work online/over the phone only.
I am profoundly curious about people and their stories, so give me a call or an email and maybe that will be the beginning of you telling me your story.
