Making the first step in to therapy can sometimes feel daunting but you have made this first step by coming to this website.  I will work with you to explore your feelings and thoughts and we can explore how they may be impacting your life. Our 50 minute sessions are confidential, professional ,calm and can be tailored to meet your needs. I will always work at your pace and it will be your space to talk about your feelings. 

You may be feeling unable to talk to family or friends and would lke to talk to someone who will remain impartial. We can talk through your worries and look at them from a different perspective. 

We can explore family history, relationships, friendships and begin to explore why and how you are feeling right now.

There can be times in our lives when we feel low, sad, anxious or have feelings of being unable to cope. You may be struggling with a relationship, work of family related issues.. Do you have feelings of low self-esteem.?

Together we can explore how you are feeling which may allow you to reflect on making a change to your life. Allowing yourself to make small changes can improve the way we feel about ourselves and others.   

By finding someone you feel comfortable to talk to and share your feelings with, can bring immense relief; offering you a route towards being able to cope better and lead a more contented life. 

I am a fully experiences counsellor for individuals and adolescents. I am also a fully qualified Relate couples counsellor so welcome all couples facing difficulties.
