I am an Integrative counsellor in private practice in East London. I work with a range of issues that may stem either from current relational situations or issues that have roots in various life events such as childhood traumas, PTSD, PTS, bereavement, unprocessed grief, abuse.

Whatever the issues you'd like to look at may be, we will work together either through shorter or longer period of time. We will review our progress regularly, giving you a clear idea about what has been achieved and how. 

I have trained in Rewind Therapy for Treatment of Trauma, PTSD and PTS. I have also trained in therapeutic use of arts as well as play therapy and I often use those skills in working with children and adolescents.

I also make those skills available to my adult clients who like to engage in a creative process whilst in the session.

I am a trauma informed therapist and I am currently undertaking further training in effort to develop my skills and understanding in working sensitively with various traumatic life events my clients may have suffered.
