Life has its difficulties and struggles this is a human and universal condition. We all need help and support whilst we wrestle with these difficulties. Sometimes a safe genuine, but professional relationship can be this place. A place for finding meaning in the suffering and making sense of the struggle. I believe wholeheartedly in the capacity of the human spirit, whatever the circumstances, and despite the pain of the journey. I feel privileged to work as a psychotherapist and am not afraid to bare the struggle with you, to hold the hope until you can journey forward and confidently alone whether you are an individual, or a parent wanting help for your child, whatever the struggle there is a way forward together.
