Debbie Lavinchi
Person-centred/humanistic counsellorAbout Me
I am a therapist who works hard at being transparent with every client with whom I work with. I am passionate about developing an equal working relationship. Certainly a relationship where you "know" you have been heard. My commitment in how I practice is very clear. I want you to believe how you feel right now is just as important to me as it is too you. I use clear commutation, commutation which is free from complicated jargon. For me a counselling relationship is a two way street, and in order to achieve certain goals I too must be willing to answer questions, which may crop up during a session. If the question relates to the session and it's appropriate, why wouldn't want to answer it? I want the yo-yoing of therapy to stop with me. If you ever need to reconnect with me in the future, it will be for a top up, not to start all over again from the beginning.
I can help you with and it's not limited too: Couples Counselling: Individual Counselling: Bereavement and Loss: Depression and Anxiety: Anger Management: Relationships: Stress: Work Related Issues: Being a Carer: Redundancy: Affects surrounding Covid-19:
