I have been an Integrative Counsellor/Therapist for over 20 years and I have a background in mental health management and learning disabilities.

The Emotionalskills Model is a therapeutic skills programme with supportive and individual motivational guidance and is designed for long-term freedom from psychological tension, not a quick fix short-term control effect. It is a comprehensive, integrative, therapeutic model, designed to help people reduce their emotional issues permanently.

By becoming more self-aware, being able to manage unwelcome emotions and empathise with others, distressed people can improve relationships and gain a calmer, happier, richer life.
