David Wrenn
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and BACP member working with adults who seek support with a range of issues.
Perhaps previously reliable coping mechanisms aren't doing their job as well as they used to, or recent events have precipitated a feeling of crisis and life being 'out of control'. There could be some long-standing issue which requires attention.
Whatever has brought you to consider counselling, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and empathetic space where we can explore where you are in your life and where you would like to be.
I work collaboratively to help you gain insight and awareness into what might be the blocks to living life how you would like to, and help identify your own resources for growth and greater connection with yourself and others.
