David PeacockPerson-centred/humanistic therapist
Counselling is not always easy. So finding the right person is really important. If you feel we could work together, there is a place for you here.
It is possible to feel better.
It takes a little work.
But change is possible.
Despite how you feel at the moment.
I am a Humanistic Counsellor, using Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis in my client work. However, different things work for different people, so we can discuss what you would like to get from therapy and whether I can help to support you through it.
I have experience in supporting people with:
- Grief / Bereavement / Loss
- Anxiety / worrying
- Coping with Long Covid
- Coping with Chronic Pain
- Depression / Low Mood
- Low Self-esteem / Low Confidence
- Panic Attacks
- Sadness / Loneliness
- Relationship Worries
- Work Stress / Life Stress
