I am a Humanistic Counsellor, using Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis in my client work. However, different things work for different people, so we can discuss what you would like to get from therapy and whether I can help to support you through it.

I also have a background in Special Educational Needs Education with 16 years experience working with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other emotional, behavioural difficulties
