My approach to counselling is to offer you space away from your daily life so that we can focus on you. I will be curious to understand how you are feeling, in a warm and non-judgemental way, so that you can gain some understanding and acceptance of who you are. My role will be to help you become more aware of yourself, which will lead to helping you resolve the difficulties that have brought you to seek out therapeutic help.
