Darja Lee
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, feeling hopeless or trapped in addictive or codependent behavioral patterns? You might also just be feeling that something is missing in your life, but are not sure what is the reason you are feeling that way. Maybe you are also wondering about your identity and searching for a deeper meaning and purpose.
Our sessions could be a safe space to talk about those issues and to find a way forward. You will be really listened to and accepted for who you are. The aim is to help you find a way to feel happier, more secure and connected. This journey might be challenging sometimes, but it is always a rewarding one.
I am integrating various approaches, depending on the issue that brings you to counselling and what might work best for you. We will often explore your attachment history and the relationships you have with others today.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and we will agree together on either shorter (6-12 sessions) or longer term counselling, depending on your needs and preferences.
We could meet in person or online.
I am working from Clapham and Central London, or online via Zoom.
Please email or call to discuss how can I help you.
