About Me

I am a qualified therapist working in private practice in North London. I have an NHS background, having worked as a therapist in the IAPT service. During my time in the NHS I worked with a very wide and diverse range of people of all ages, from all backgrounds and walks of life.

On my website (www.talkingcuretherapy.com), you will be able to read more about me, my background and the way I work, as well as more information about what therapy is, and how the process works in the FAQ and articles section. I have an interest in attachment theory and psychodynamic frameworks, and work in an integrative way, based on the needs and best interests of the person in front of me. I try to create a warm, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential atmosphere as a safe place for exploring thoughts, feelings and everyday challenges which may be causing worry, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem.

I offer introductory sessions to better understand what help and support you may need, and for you to get a better understanding of how I work, with no obligation to continue. I practice in North London (N4), and centrally in Liverpool Street (EC2M).
