About Me

What can you expect?

A relationship, essentially. I truly believe in creating a relationship that works for you, that can support you in becoming more who you are.

I believe the journey together leads towards more authenticity and more psychological freedom. It is an exciting exploration of what really matters to you particularly, and what has been neglected so far.

We start by having 20-minute phone consultation where to explore the nature of the issue. After that, we meet weekly. I can see you in person at The Psychosynthesis Trust, in London, and on Zoom.

My Psychosynthesis practice blends the exploration of here-and-now problem solving with a focus on what is trying to emerge, how you have been in the world, and what has impacted the expression of your full potential and fulfillment.

An immediate struggle, like anxiety or depression, can often reveal which deep needs and wants have not been given enough attention – yet. As a Psychosynthesis therapist, I guide you in exploring your internal resources and ways to help you enjoy life more fully.

I had many careers until I found the one I know is for me. Before that, I have worked in media and communication corporations for almost two decades. I was part of the music and entertainment industry and worked a few years in education.

At present, I also co-facilitate workshops at the Psychosynthesis Trust for counsellors in training and am working as a freelance external moderator.
