 I am an attachment – based psychoanalytic psychotherapist and counsellor.  I work with individuals and couples. I’m trained to help people with a wide range of problems from sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety and depression to self-defeating behaviours, addiction, low self-esteem and relationship  difficulties .

I’m also trained in emotionally – focused therapy (EFT),  which is an approach  to working with couples, families and individuals that fosters the creation of secure relationship bonds. EFT has a high success rate in helping couples heal their  relationships. It increases a couples ability to deal with conflicst and creates a deeper sense of emotional, physical and sexual intimacy and safety. Emotionally focused therapy is for anyone who wants to improve their relationship and  achieve a lasting and secure bond

I practice relationally.  This means that I provide therapy that focuses on establishing a healing relationship with the patient in addition to facilitating insight.
