You many feel stuck, as if you cannot change your life. Perhaps you have problems in the way you deal with others, even those you love. Or you may be struggling with anxiety, panic attacks or feeling excessive stress. It can all be overwhelming . The truth is that everyone needs help at some point in their lives. I would like to help you achieve the life you deserve.
I am an attachment – based psychoanalytic psychotherapist and counsellor. I work with individuals and couples. I’m trained to help people with a wide range of problems from sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety and depression to self-defeating behaviours, addiction, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties .
I’m also trained in emotionally – focused therapy (EFT), which is an approach to working with couples, families and individuals that fosters the creation of secure relationship bonds. EFT has a high success rate in helping couples heal their relationships. It increases a couples ability to deal with conflicst and creates a deeper sense of emotional, physical and sexual intimacy and safety. Emotionally focused therapy is for anyone who wants to improve their relationship and achieve a lasting and secure bond
I practice relationally. This means that I provide therapy that focuses on establishing a healing relationship with the patient in addition to facilitating insight.
