Christine Manning Integrative counsellor , AL5
I came to counselling after difficult events made me seek counselling for myself. The healing I found there inspired me to train as a counsellor. I find it powerful and moving to sit with another person and explore the difficulties which they are facing, and I value the connection with my clients.
I offer talking therapy to adults, but have an interest in what our bodies can tell us about our emotions.
Perhaps you are feeling depressed and anxious, or that life is passing you by, or that you don't deserve to achieve anything worthwhile, or that there is something fundamentally unloveable and wrong about you. I have seen my clients learn to like themselves and achieve a new sense of peace through counselling. It takes courage to seek help in improving your life, but that decision is life enhancing. I will be with you as you work towards a new understanding of your life.
