About Me

Hello and welcome to my profile.

My name is Christine, and I am a compassionate and open-minded counsellor who will provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space in which we can find ways to explore problems that are affecting your life.

We will work together to gain a deeper understanding of any challenging negative patterns which you may be experiencing. I will support you to think about yourself, so that you can make sense of your experiences and understand yourself better.

I have six years of experience providing individual face to face and group counselling sessions to young people and Adults in North London. I use a variety of counselling approaches, depending on the individual needs of a client.

So if you are an adult or a young person who does not want negative thoughts and feelings to hold you back anymore, I welcome you to contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
