Christa Drennan
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
I am a qualified and accredited counsellor with more than 20 years experience both in the NHS and in private practice. I have worked as a counsellor in GP surgeries, in hospitals, in fertility clinics, in hospices and in bereavement services. In my practice I draw on a wide range of theoretical ideas and many years of acquiring skills, tailoring my approach to meet the individual needs of my clients.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy to adults (18 and over, individuals and relationships) looking for a safe and confidential space to increase self awareness and wellbeing, and to work towards bringing about effective change.
My first session is offered at no cost and with no obligation, allowing the client to make an informed choice to work with me.
I also offer supervision for therapists, trainees and people in the caring professions, and coaching for those wishing to use a more focused approach to achieving their life goals.
