Catherine Repton
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 14 years experience of working with clients. I work with a broad range of issues which include bereavement, addiction, depression, trauma, anxiety and compulsive disorders.
I apply a variety of techniques in my client interactions in accordance with their individual needs. I do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach and feel this comes across in my relatable and adaptive style. I consider the relationship between the Counsellor and the client to be at the heart of any successful therapeutic partnership.
I adhere to the BACP code of ethics and strive to always provide a safe and holding environment for my clients. I will endeavour to put my client's needs first at all times, supporting and facilitating them in finding the solutions and answers they are seeking, to achieve change and growth in their lives.
