At times, life can be challenging or unpredictable and we might find ourselves unable to discuss our worries or concerns with those who are closest to us. When this happens it can be difficult to reach out and we may find ourselves feeling isolated and overwhelmed. As an experienced BACP registered counsellor I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to help you explore and understand yourself and your feelings.

I believe that every person is unique, worthy of acceptance and respect and this is the basis on which I practice. In our sessions, we will talk about any challenges that you may be facing and look at how these may be affecting your ability to lead a fulfilling life. I will walk alongside you in a collaborative exploration of ‘self’ bringing your attention to anything that needs to be healed, reassessed or let go of, helping you to increase your self-awareness and become mindful of any negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs or self criticism.
