I am Caroline and I specialise in Drug, solvent and alcohol abuse counselling using Creative counselling as one part of the process.
It can be very hard making that first move to pick up the phone or drop me an email but that is the first step in your recovery.
I am a person centred counsellor and this way works very well in my experience.
a bit about me, I have a little Jack Russell and 2 rescue kittens. I am very arty so combining the creative counselling was the way to go for me.
