About Me

All sessions currently online / phone

I am a BACP qualified counsellor (BA Hons Counselling)

And an ACTO certified online & telephone practitioner

I support women of all ages and backgrounds through life’s challenges to enhance their emotional and spiritual well-being.

Person-centred therapy is at the heart of how I work. I specialise in you. I trust in the power of creating a therapeutic relationship with you that supports healing and growth and that by working together, can make the changes you need to shine your brightest.

Do you often feel overwhelmed, anxious or stressed? Perhaps fear of not being ‘good enough’ is holding you back? Maybe you’re finding current times challenging or are struggling with motherhood, menopause, marriage or infertility? You may simply feel a little ‘off’ and are curious if counselling can help.

Counselling is self-care. It can be a good way to safely explore your emotions, free of judgement, helping create a more authentic you that feels calmer, more harmonious and better able to cope with even the most difficult times.

Whatever you’re going through, I’m here for you. I want to help you make sense of what’s going on for you in your world, no matter how complicated or messy or it may feel. And it’s important to know that counselling can be helpful for everybody – not just those referred by their GP or experiencing severe mental distress. Working together puts you in control of what you want to explore, when and for how long.

Sometimes issues brought to your session can feel painful yet by being with you on your emotional journey, can also offer an opportunity for greater self-awareness, reflection and potential, positive change. Considering counselling is a brave step towards helping yourself and committing to counselling takes courage. I’m here for you when you’re ready.

I look forward to connecting with you.
