Our sessions are a space for exploration. It is amazing how setting aside time to deliberately explore the issues you are facing can help you to develop insight into your patterns and the experiences they are rooted in. Our time together is an opportunity to work collaboratively to improve your lived experience by exploring what’s going on in the here and now as well as what’s come before. I work in a flexible way which enables us to build our therapeutic relationship without commitment to a certain number of sessions.
I’m a fully qualified integrative counsellor which means that I draw on a number of therapeutic styles to build self-awareness and address the struggles you are experiencing. I will adapt our sessions according to your needs and preferences. I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental and productive space where you can confidentially what's going on for you.
I have a wealth of experience in working with body image and exploring the reasons for self-criticism and judgement. Our sessions can be used to unravel unhealthy thought patterns, supporting you in overcoming what is not serving you.
