About me

Do you feel life is too difficult and challenging and you are finding it hard to manage your problems-  Perhaps you feel isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure about how to move past these challenges.  Are you looking for a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours- I'm an accredited Cognitive Behavioural therapist with over eight years of experience in mental health. I'm here to support you on your path to clarity, healing and mental well-being. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel truly heard and valued. Your experiences matter, and together we will navigate the complexities of your journey. While I have a particular interest in PTSD and self-growth, I also work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, social anxiety, trauma, and significant life changes. Healing is not linear, and that's okay, I'm committed to walking alongside you. Offering support, guidance & the tools you need to thrive. Throughout the course of the therapy, we will work together to understand and identify your current challenges and the factors which are maintaining your issues.  We will then establish skills and techniques which you can implement in your world to break the cycle and move forward to achieve your goals one step at a time.
