Bridget Chapman
Person-centred/humanistic counsellorAbout Me
Are you feeling anxious? Are you struggling with depression? Are you going through a relationship breakdown? I can support you with exploring these issues within a safe, free from judgement space. We can work together to find the best way forward. I like to use art therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy to help explore anxiety and processing feelings. Expressing your feelings on paper can be very therapeutic. Talking and sharing your feelings will really help you to understand how you can move on and heal yourself. The process of counselling can be life changing, giving you the confidence and self esteem to rebuild your life. My personal experience of domestic abuse, depression and anxiety, helps me to relate and really understand where you are coming from. My expertise is working with anxiety and offering you a range of tools with a physical personalised toolbox which will reduce your anxiety. You can come to my special room to experience a unique session infused with a lavender infused aroma creating peace and tranquillity. The water fountain creating a sense of calm.
