About me:
I'm a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and am registered member with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
For over twenty years I have worked extensively within the professional fields of Social Care; Education; Health and therapy with Children/Adolescent; Adults; Couples and Families.
Therapy:
The therapy room provides a calm, relaxing, confidential and safe environment for clients; which is imperative and essential for therapeutic work. The modalities used in therapeutic work are: Person CentredApproach; Transactional Analysis; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Extentialism; Gestalt; Systemic Therapy; and Psychodynamics.
Location of the practice is 10 minutes walk from Belmont Station, and,15 minutes walk from Cheam station, and has good accessible links to overground line and buses. There is also free parking available.
The practice is open on Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday’s from 18:00 pm until 21:00 pm, and on Sunday 9:30 am until 12:30 pm. I am able to provide some morning and lunch appointments during week days. The duration of each session is 60 minutes and double sessions are available. A 15 minute telephone consultation is scheduled with a client prior to the first session.
