I am an accredited experienced humanistic integrative counsellor working with individuals and couples. I use my experience to help my clients expand and improve their emotional skills.
I have spent several years working with addiction, especially food addiction, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and eating disorders. I have worked with dual diagnosis clients in both addiction and other mental health organisations. I am committed to providing counselling with the most up-to-date techniques to build a healing and therapeutic relationship with clients. More recently my client group has covered stress, anxiety, trauma and loss.
