After a successful career in publishing I trained as a psychotherapist. I have an MSc in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (RE&CBT) and have been working in private practice since 2003. I have also worked with the NHS and with the Priory in London and Bristol.
I am an Integrative CBT Therapist which means I am able to draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches to help people work through their issues. These include CBT, REBT, ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy ( CFT) EMDR. I am also trained in working with Fertility issues and am a Mindfulness Coach. In addition I train people in CBT, Counselling and Hypnotherapy and supervise students and therapists
