My name is Bernard and I am a counsellor/psychotherapist working in Central London. At the moment due to Covid, I am working on zoom and by phone.
I work in a non-judgemental way, so there is nothing you can’t raise. The idea is that we talk together, and sometimes I will be able to point out things you might not have been conscious of, and we can look together at whether there are patterns of behaviour that you’ve come to follow, that may perhaps be leading to results you would like to change. Or perhaps sometimes you will just want to unload the burden of your stressful day, and that’s also fine.

I charge between £65-80 a session, depending on factors such as timing of the appointment, and your ability to pay. I offer a free initial 15-20 minute introductory chat, so that we can learn a bit about each other, discuss what you're looking to get out of therapy.
