About Me

Sometimes life can feel like it’s getting too much, or overwhelming. You may have a specific issue you'd like to address, or perhaps you feel stuck - unable to put a name to it. Whatever you're feeling or going through, therapy can help support you in managing difficult and challenging feelings, helping you to overcome that feeling of ‘stuckness’ and enable you to move forward - and find joy!

Working together, I can help you to build an inner resilience and the tools you need to achieve a resolution and move forward.

I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with experience in helping people to:

  • Manage Anxiety and Stress,
  • Cope with Bereavement, Grief and Loss,
  • Increase Confidence and be kinder to themselves,
  • Process Trauma. Including Childhood Trauma and Domestic Abuse.

During therapy, we'll work together to explore what's going on for you and develop understanding. Using tools and resources to help you discover the answers for yourself.

How I Practice

I offer counselling and psychotherapy sessions.

I have an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I draw on a range of approaches so we can work in a bespoke way that best suits you.

Whilst approaches and theory are important, I believe it's essential you feel comfortable with your therapist, and I place huge importance on building a safe, empathic and confidential environment for my clients. I also place importance on the unique cultural backgrounds of my clients.

I believe everyone has the right to happiness and fulfilment in all areas of their lives.

I offer long and short-term work and am currently available to work online, over the phone or in person. The therapy room is based in North London with easy access to public transport and free parking available nearby.

The First Session

Our initial session together will act as a consultation providing an opportunity for us each to introduce ourselves.

You will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and explore what would best help you meet your goals.

There will be time to ask any questions you might have to decide whether you would like to work together. If we are both happy, we will contract to continue working together.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, and yet you've taken the first step by looking for a therapist. If you would like to learn more about how I could help you, please get in touch for a free 15minute informal chat.
