I offer a confidential space dedicated to you and you only, to talk freely without being judged.
My approach is integrative and focused on what's next.
Exploring what led you to where you are now is part of what we will do, but our priority will remain moving forward to where you want to be, one step at the time.
HOW DOES THERAPY WORK?
We will set a time for brief and no commitment phone consultation. This is an opportunity for you to tell me why you are seeking therapy and ask me any question about the way I work.
On the first (50 minute) session, we will explore the events that led you to the present circumstances and discuss the changes you would like to make during our work together. It will also be a good chance for us to see whether we are a therapeutic match.
Every session lasts 50 minutes and will be held at the same time and on the same day every week. If you are late for your appointment we will still end at the agreed time.
The length of therapy may vary, you may decide you want to work on an open ended basis, or over a set period of time, depending on your goals.
We will then set regular reviews to make sure we are working in the direction you feel is right for you.
