April JoycePsychodynamic psychotherapist
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with experience in helping couples and individuals work on the difficulties in their relationships. Couples often come to see me wanting greater connection and intimacy, because they are feeling stuck in the same old arguments, are struggling with parenting issues or are perhaps dealing with an affair.
Individuals might come for therapy wanting to be make sense of previous partnerships in order to create more fulfilling relationships as they move ahead.
I offer a calm, reflective space in which we can think about your difficulties, enabling greater understanding and positive change. My approach is warm and empathic with a stance that holds both the individual and their relationship in mind.
I see clients from a diverse age range, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, gay and heterosexual.
If you are experiencing relationship problems and wish to enquire how therapy might help, please feel free to email me and we can arrange a phone consultation to discuss your situation, free of charge.
