I have workedwithin the NHS with individuals, couples, groups and families,of all agesandI offer a range of psychotherapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Behavioural Interventions, brief Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and integrative approaches.
Iam experienced in helping people withmany different difficulties,froma desire forgreater self-understanding, to problems such asdepression, anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, trauma, andyoung children with challenging behaviours.

Fees typically cost £60 for a 50 minute session, or £75 for a 90 minute session. Discounts are available for those on lower incomes, and when a block of sessions is booked in advance.
