Anna Colquhoun-Alberts
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
Hello, I'm Anna
I am a BACP accredited Therapeutic Counsellor specialising in working with people with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues and neurodivergent (AD(HD), autistic, dyslexic, dyspraxic and others) people.
I work online in both depth, long-term therapy and brief therapy, offering a relational approach to counselling and psychotherapy, using video conferencing, chat, email, and audio.
My client led approach provides the time and space for you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your past and your current situation. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I believe that by gaining insight into past life experiences and how they may be impacting on the here and now you can begin to move forward and build the relationships around you. My practice is inclusive and welcoming to people of all abilities, ages, ethnicities, faiths, genders, nationalities, and sexual orientations.
