My name is Ann-Louise McCarthy and I am a Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist registered with UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). I am also a member of CPJA (Council for Psychoanalytic and Jungian Analysts).
I am committed to providing Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I provide one-to-one therapy with both adults and adolescents on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period.
The aim of our work together is to identify and understand the issues that are impacting negatively on your life, to allow change to occur. The aim of change is to enable you to live life more fully and with more capacity for contentment and happiness.

My fee is £50.00 for a 50 minute session.
Initial assessment appointments last approximately 90 minutes and are chargeable at the usual session rate.
