Anita Howard Psychodynamic psychotherapist ,

Over the years I have developed a style of working that considers the presenting problem, the impact personally and socially and how this is impacted by early life experiences. I consider myself to be a Relational therapist, which means that I can allow myself to be fully engaged with you as we think together about the dilemma that you bring.

I am always guided by you, working at your pace, helping to gain alternate perspectives on what ever is troubling.
