Anita Day Person-centred/humanistic counsellor ,
Welcome. Collectively and globally, we are experiencing grief from the COVID-19 pandemic, whether from the death of a loved one or otherwise- as the Queen said in her speech, "...a disruption that has brought grief to some, financial difficulties to many, and enormous changes to the daily lives of us all."
If you need help navigating the changes in your life, I am here to help. I am a Person-Centred Counsellor, a registered member of the BACP, and I hold professional indemnity insurance so you can be assured you are in safe hands. I offer you the space to dig deep into what has been troubling you, how this has impacted your life, and help you find a deeper sense of what you are like as a person.
Traditional therapy right now is not being offered, am providing social distancing therapy. This can be accomplished by walking therapy (using phones/headsets at the same time), video therapy online through zoom or doxy.me or through telephone counselling. Once it is safe to do so, I will be available to book in person in Nottingham.
I'd love to hear from you, please get in touch.
