About Me

Ania Dyczkowska

MSc Cl Psychology, Dip Psychotherapy, Dip Counselling, CBT Cert, Supervision Cert.

I am a UKCP and BACP Registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over 15 years experience of providing short and longer term therapy to adult individuals and couples.

My aim is to support clients going through change and transition in their life to find a greater meaning and fulfilment personally and professionally. I work with anxiety and stress, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationships difficulty, career related problems, bereavement and loss, self confidence and self esteem, life crisis and transitions, and addictive patterns.

I apply an integrative approach to therapy and respond to uniqueness of each person and their needs. I work with theories and models of psychosynthesis, psychodynamic, transpersonal, systemic, CBT and Mindfulness.

People, who seek therapy want to get well, and make a difference in their life and work. Therapy can offer professional support and guidance to attend to emotional distress, dilemmas and choices. Choosing to solve personal difficulties can be challenging and decision to seek a professional therapist is important.

I view therapy as a collaborative work that creates opportunity to become aware of inner conflicts and unhelpful patterns of behaviour. In this context difficulty are connected to a healthy emerging potential for growth and transformation to create a positive change, improve well being and enrich relationships with others.
