I am a qualified integrative transpersonal psychosynthesis practitioner who uses a holistic approach to healing, growth and transformation. Transpersonal counselling incorporates body, mind and spirit in the process. The model I use draws on the principles of psychodynamics, person-centred approach, gestalt and mindfulness. I aim to tailor my methods to best work for your needs and to maintain a relational connection so that your concerns can be addressed openly and received empathically.
Whatever your presenting issues, concerns or goals may be, I would like to reassure you that you will always be accepted and be treated as an unique individual.
My job is to listen thoughtfully and to co-create a space with you for understanding and healing.
I have worked extensively in counselling and therapy with adults, couples and young people with different ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious and cultural background and have experience of working with a wide range of issues.
