About Me

Do you need support to face the Covid-19 pandemic?

It is a challenging time when facing so many uncertainties. I offer video sessions at discounted rate with flexible schedule (from 7am until 10pm) to people would like to get the support to get through this difficult time. Contact me and we can discuss how to set up video session to suit your need.

I am a qualified integrative transpersonal psychosynthesis practitioner who uses a holistic approach to healing, growth and transformation. Transpersonal counselling incorporates body, mind and spirit in the process. The model I use draws on the principles of psychodynamics, person-centred approach, gestalt and mindfulness. I aim to tailor my methods to best work for your needs and to maintain a relational connection so that your concerns can be addressed openly and received empathically.

Whatever your presenting issues, concerns or goals may be, I would like to reassure you that you will always be accepted and be treated as an unique individual.

My job is to listen thoughtfully and to co-create a space with you for understanding and healing.

I have worked extensively in counselling and therapy with adults, couples and young people with different ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious and cultural background and have experience of working with a wide range of issues.

In addition to my private practice, I volunteer in NHS as a Counsellor and I am also a Training Assistant at the Psychosynthesis Trust.

I grew up in Hong Kong and finished my higher education in North America. I have lived in 8 different countries in 4 continents. The experience of extensive travelling and living in different places have taught me to be appreciative and acceptive of differences in each individual.

I offer session in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

I offer session on weekdays and Saturday.
