Hello, I'm Angela, and I am a counsellor who supports you as you navigate particularly difficult transitions in your life - transitions arising, perhaps, from stress, anxiety, depression, low-self esteem, loss or bereavement, family estrangement, redundancy, disillusionment with your career, the end of your relationship or the end of your caring responsibilities.
The aim of my counselling work is to use my skills of deep listening and accurate reflection to enable you to guide yourself on your journey towards solid ground. I provide a non-judgemental setting in which to support individuals who need to clarify realistic objectives for themselves and progress towards them, perhaps in response to feelings of stress, anxiety or depression.

My counselling work has supported clients through many life transitions - divorce and other losses, bereavement, illness, retirement, disillusionment with career and other life choices, menopause and addiction.
I am working exclusively online at the moment as of September 2023.

Training and qualifications
I trained at the Metanoia Institute and the Gestalt Centre London, obtaining a diploma in counselling. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
