About Me

I am an experienced chartered psychologist, offering private therapy in Holborn as well as Online via Zoom. 

My approach is integrative and collaborative, meaning I tailor my work to the needs and individual preferences of my client. The focus of our work is always informed by what you believe is most important, and we work towards your goals in a way that suits you. 

My aim as your therapist is to help you make sense of why you act and feel the way you do, and with this new insight about yourself enable you to make meaningful changes that bring you closer to your goals and improve your quality of life. In our work together, I offer a warm, empowering and strictly confidential space where you can speak without fear of judgement.

I work with clients from all walks of life and welcome everyone, regardless of their sexuality, gender, ethnicity, age, culture or disability. I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and am committed to working sensitively and respectfully with individuals from various backgrounds and subcultures (including Online communities).

I offer a free initial phone or Zoom consultation (10-15 min) to discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and arrange an initial session.

My fee is £90 per session, £75 for students (including assessment sessions). 

Training and qualifications

I have a doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology (PsychD) and am a chartered psychologist with the BPS, registered with the HCPC. I am also a registered member of the BACP and an accredited registrant with the NCS. 

I have experience working with a wide range of presenting issues in a variety of settings, including NHS secondary care, mental health charities and services specialising in gambling addiction, trauma and sexual health.
