Andrea Lawton
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I work as an integrative therapist, meaning I am not tied to a particular approach, but will select what I see as the most effective methods of working with what you bring. I am trained to work relationally, meaning I hold the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship as central to the effectiveness of therapy.
My previous background was in education, and I have worked as a therapist in both schools and university.
I am passionate about working with all kinds of people and strive to see you as an individual through the stories you share. I have helped many people on their life journeys, to understand themselves better and bring a sense of order to the discord that happens in life. I believe we all have an intention to thrive and live our best lives when we are given the right conditions, in spite of whatever has happened to us along the way.
