Andelo Tabu Ngandi
Cognitive behaviour psychotherapistAbout Me
I offer both short and long-term psychotherapy and counselling in an inclusive, non-judgemental environment in which we can work together to better understand whatever might be troubling you.
As a modern and forward-thinking practitioner, my primary task is to listen to you very carefully, to hear your needs and offer a working therapeutic relationship that will serve you to engage with and process your emotional responses and increase your capacity for self reflection. My role is to engage with you in a dialogue while at the same time being observant of the dynamics of therapeutic relationship and how the unconscious phenomena manifest themselves in that context.
I appreciate that taking the first step can be disconcerting. That is why I consider it important to stress that the least you can expect is a non judgemental approach, strict confidentiality and opportunity to talk in a safe environment.
Therapy can't change the past; but it can be helpful to think about your life with an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, working together to identify ways to move forward and ultimately, find a more satisfying and valuable way to live.
I work in North West London, in West Hampstead, NW6
