Being of a mixed racial background, & having lived in both the Caribbean & the UK, has led me to have a deep curiosity about how our families, background & culture can shape & influence our experiences and identity.
We can focus on cultural issues if appropriate, to understand how any conflicts or misunderstandings that these cultural differences may have caused your current concerns.
