I am a integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling &; Psychotherapy (BACP). I work within the BACP ethical framework. I offer an integrative approach which means I use different counselling approaches which is tailored to the individual needs. These approaches include Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic. I work with individual adults and young people and offer anything from short-term counselling to long-term counselling according to your needs.
My aim is to listen and create a non judgemental environment so you feel comfortable to explore what you need.
I work with a range of clients who bring issues including abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, suicidal thoughts, voice hearers and self- harm.
